Menlo College ; Non Profit Education
I created a communications calendar for a $5 million Match Campaign, ensuring consistent messaging across all outreach efforts until the end of the year.
The plan included references to the match in every communication, with donation links integrated where appropriate, and leveraged channels like social media and newsletters.
Additionally, I collaborated with other departments to tailor messaging for specific audiences and designed adaptive strategies to adjust based on the campaign’s progress.

For Menlo College's upcoming Centennial celebration in 2027, I developed a comprehensive marketing strategy to guide the campaign over the years leading up to this milestone.
My work included creating detailed brand guidelines, identifying key communication channels, and establishing annual themes to keep the community engaged.
These strategic materials were distributed to the internal campus community, ensuring that everyone could actively participate in and contribute to the Centennial celebration.

For a recent project, I collaborated with a client who sought marketing and branding assistance to enhance her online presence.
I conducted a basic review of her existing social media accounts and website, analyzing the current state of her brand. Based on this assessment, I developed a cohesive color palette and vision board that aligned with her brand’s goals.
To showcase the potential of the new branding, I created social media mockups, reimagining her existing posts with the updated color scheme and design elements.
This provided her with a clear visual direction for future content, helping to elevate her brand's identity.

I spearheaded a collaborative effort with the Alumni Relations and Marketing team to enhance Menlo College’s brand resonance by engaging directly with our alumni community.
Through a comprehensive survey, we identified the top words alumni use to describe Menlo, transforming those insights into a word map that shaped our communications and content marketing strategies.
By aligning our content with alumni preferences and brand perceptions, we were able to strengthen audience connections and cultivate brand loyalty.
This approach not only deepened alumni engagement but also turned satisfied students and alumni into brand ambassadors, fueling organic growth and solidifying Menlo’s reputation through authentic word-of-mouth advocacy.
